Shih is the moniker of Ernest Chan (he/they), an up-and-coming queer, Chinese-American DJ based in Queens. Their hypnotic yet driving techno selections weave dancers through spiraling psychedelic journeys anchored by an underlying groove.

With a background in orchestral and marching percussion, classical piano, and visual arts, they approach techno with both precision and sensuality, using micro adjustments and layers to craft thoughtful, organic soundscapes.
